 Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Researcher to lead research initiatives in loss adjusting, risk assessment, and fraud prevention. This role involves conducting in-depth industry research, analysing emerging trends, and providing data-driven insights to enhance claims assessment and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Market Research – Identify and analyse trends in insurance claims, fraud detection, and risk management.

• Regulatory & Compliance Analysis – Track local and international regulations affecting loss adjusting practices.

• Forensic & Claims Research – Investigate fraud patterns, emerging risks, and legal case studies.

• Data & Report Analysis – Examine claims data to uncover insights and recommend improvements.

• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with insurers, legal teams, and regulatory bodies to refine loss adjusting processes.

• Innovation & Technology – Research advancements in AI, automation, and digital tools for enhanced loss adjusting solutions.
   

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

✔ Degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Forensic Science, Law, or Finance (Essential)
✔ Certifications in Data Analytics, Compliance, or Fraud Investigation (Advantageous)

Experience:

✔ 5+ years of experience in research, risk analysis, or forensic investigations in:

• Insurance | Forensics | Financial Services | Legal | Audit | Risk Management
