Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior Loss Adjuster to lead and manage complex insurance claims, ensuring accurate assessments, fair settlements, and risk mitigation. This role requires expertise in forensic investigation, claim validation, and stakeholder management to uphold the highest standards in loss adjusting.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims Investigation & Assessment – Conduct detailed evaluations of insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness.

• Fraud Detection & Risk Analysis – Identify fraudulent claims, policy breaches, and high-risk exposures.

• Stakeholder Management – Work closely with insurers, brokers, legal teams, and policyholders.

• Technical Expertise & Reporting – Provide expert reports, damage assessments, and claim valuations.

• Dispute Resolution – Handle claim negotiations and settlements, ensuring compliance with policy terms.

• Mentorship & Leadership – Guide and train junior loss adjusters, ensuring knowledge transfer and industry best practices.
   

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

✔ Degree/Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Forensic Investigation, or a related field (Essential)
✔ Certifications in Loss Adjusting, FAIS, or Forensic Claims Investigation (Advantageous)

Experience:

✔ 5+ years in loss adjusting, claims assessment, or forensic insurance investigations
✔ Expertise in handling complex, high-value claims in:
 

• Property | Liability | Business Interruption | Catastrophic Events
