Job Purpose
 
We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to support our loss adjusting operations by developing AI-driven automation and language models. This role involves designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI systems to optimise claims processing, risk analysis, and fraud detection.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Optimisation – Develop and refine AI prompts to improve accuracy in claims assessments.

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) – Implement AI models to automate document analysis, claim reviews, and risk scoring.

• Collaboration – Work closely with loss adjusters, data scientists, and underwriters to integrate AI solutions.

• Fraud Detection & Automation – Use AI-powered tools to detect fraud patterns and streamline claim verification.

• Data & Compliance Integration – Ensure AI models comply with industry regulations and best practices.

• Continuous Improvement – Test and enhance AI prompts to increase efficiency and reduce errors in claims processing.
   

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

✔ Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Essential)
✔ Certifications in NLP, Machine Learning, or AI Ethics (Advantageous)

Experience:

✔ 3+ years in AI development, NLP, or prompt engineering in:

• Insurance | Risk Management | Financial Services | Loss Adjusting
  ✔ Proficiency in Python, GPT-based models, AI automation tools, and prompt tuning
